The centrepiece of this renovation is the striking custom printed glass shower panel, which features a lush riverside scene. This bold, nature-inspired design brings the outdoors in, setting a tranquil tone for the entire bathroom. Paired with matte black tapware and minimalist fittings, the effect is both modern and meditative.
Custom floating vanities with natural timber grain fronts bring warmth and character to the space. Topped with stone-look benchtops and integrated basins, they offer seamless functionality with a bespoke feel. Above, expansive mirrored cabinets with timber framing provide generous storage and further reflect the surrounding environment, enhancing light and space.
We used large-format stone-look tiles throughout to create a cohesive base that is both durable and elegant. The horizontal stack bond tiling pattern ensures clean lines and a contemporary finish, while a full-height tile treatment behind the vanity and within the shower elevates the design to a truly luxe level.
The WEDI waterproofing system beneath the tiled shower base provides robust moisture protection, meeting all current Australian standards. A frameless glass shower screen completes the open, uninterrupted aesthetic, maximising views of the nature-themed wall and allowing the space to breathe.
Additional features include a surface-mounted LED-lit shaving cabinet, Clipsal power points, Ecogem downlights, and a sleek wall-hung toilet suite with concealed cistern for a clean architectural look. We also constructed a custom ledge wall behind the vanity to accommodate plumbing and provide added visual interest.
