Set against a serene bushland backdrop, the existing ensuite was completely reimagined. We began with full-height wall tiling and a tiled niche with mitred edges for a refined, seamless look. The walls and floor were finished in oversized, matte-finish tiles laid in a horizontal stack bond pattern, enhancing the sense of space and calm.
The open shower is constructed over a WEDI waterproof base with a central floor drain, capped with a fully frameless glass screen. This custom upgrade elevates both form and function, maintaining openness while containing splashes. A dual-function shower rail and mixer in brushed stainless steel blend effortlessly into the neutral palette, creating a sleek, minimalist aesthetic.
The floating vanity is one of the standout features of the room. A 500mm wide custom unit in crisp white supports a sculptural vessel basin and wall-mounted tapware, combining practicality with modern sophistication. Above it, a 450mm shaving cabinet offers subtle storage while visually extending the space. The integrated lighting includes two surface-mounted vanity lights and strategically placed downlights, ensuring both ambience and clarity.
Underfloor heating adds an extra layer of comfort during cooler months, while a heated towel rail brings a spa-like indulgence to everyday routines. All fittings, including the in-wall toilet suite and soft-close accessories, are coordinated for consistency and ease of use.
