Once you’ve accepted the proposal, we’ll arrange a colour & fixture selection appointment with one of our trusted suppliers- ensuring every detail reflects your style and needs
Once you’ve approved the design and scope, we’ll execute the contract and lock in your project start date. From there we begin ordering all key materials, – tiles, vanities, showers bases, tapware, cabinetry and more- ensuring everything is ready and on -site when construction begins. This step sets the foundation for smooth a smooth and timely renovation
Now the transformation begins. We will remove all existing fittings, wall linings and floor coverings, then carry out the rough in for plumbing and electrical services. Once the space is prepared, we complete any necessary carpentry works, install new wall linings and apply waterproofing where required. Next we fit off key features such as cabinetry, benchtops, tiling and fixtures bringing your new kitchen or bathroom to life. To finish, we take care of painting, final electrical and plumbing connections, seal all required joins, install mirrors, splashbacks or shower screens. We’ll book a final inspection to ensure everything is ready for handover.
Once your project is complete, Matt or Leigh will inspect your renovation against our Checklist of Building Works to ensure everything meets our standards- and your expectations.
